Founder of Powerful Professional Woman- total body love lifestyle transformational program for women 40+. I hold an academic position in Biomedical Science, a PhD and Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science) Honours in metabolism and completed a 5-year postdoctoral research fellowship in obesity research in Australia. I have been at the forefront of clinical trials to better understand why women struggle to lose weight and keep it off. Today, I teach my clients strategies that cut through diet industry BS so they can flourish in the reality of a busy routine. I use evidenced-based weight management and lifestyle methods to optimise health and wellness- the nourished way.
