Hi, I am Dr Hayley O'Neill, PhD, the founder of Powerful Professional Woman, an evidence-based total-body love lifestyle transformation program.
My academic background includes an esteemed position in Biomedical Science, holding both a PhD and a Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science) Honours degree, with expertise in metabolism.
I also completed a rigorous five-year postdoctoral research fellowship focused on obesity research in Australia. My international recognition stems from my authority and advocacy in women's health, including comprehensive work in clinical trials aimed at understanding the challenges women face when trying to lose and maintain weight. As a wellness consultant for the Busy Professional Women 40+, I take holistic approach, emphasising the importance of self-love and the power of nutrition for increased mental clarity, physical stamina and vitality.
